De ce 77 si nu 76, de ce prima si nu a doua? Dap. Intrebarea e inepta la propriu, insa evita elucidarea tonalitatii in care a fost facuta declaratia. Chiar asa, cum e: victoroasa sau capitulanta, normativa sau subversiva, pozitiva sau negativa, revolutionara sau reactionara? 🙂
